Great value for money with basic amenities and efficient housekeeping. The location is very convenient, close to local restaurants and shopping areas. The laundry service is fast and affordable. The staff was excellent, especially the front office manager who provided great customer service and made us feel welcome.
The hotel is located on a busy street, making it noisy at night and disruptive to sleep. Some rooms require climbing lots of stairs, and there is no cover in case of rain.

We spent our new year at this hotel and enjoyed the spectacular view of the snow-laden peaks. the breakfast offered was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the city and its surrounding areas.
The wifi was weak and unreliable, which was a downside for us as we needed to stay connected. the room service was slow, particularly at night, which was frustrating.
